Is the Clicky Vicky trial actually free?
No. Clicky Vicky's trial periods are discounted, not free. When you sign up, you're charged the trial price upfront for the length you chose, for example a 2, 4, or 8-week period, and that charge is what gives you access from day one.
Note: Trial length, subscription price and credit top prices can vary depending on the offer you signed up through, so this may not exactly match your own plan. Check your confirmation email or Settings, then Billing, for your exact trial details.
Why was I charged if I thought it was free?
The trial price for Clicky Vicky is shown at checkout before you pay, so it isn't a hidden charge, but we know the word 'trial' can read as 'free.' If the amount you were charged doesn't match what you remember agreeing to, contact support with a screenshot and we'll take a look.
What happens once my trial period ends?
Once your Clicky Vicky trial period ends, your plan automatically continues at the standard monthly rate, the same as any other subscription. See Understanding your renewal date for exactly where to check that date.
