Clicky Vicky renews automatically so your content never stops. Here's exactly how that works, and where to check your own renewal date.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Whether you started with a 2-week trial plan at a discounted price or at the normal price, your plan automatically continues at the standard rate of $79.99 once that period ends. This is confirmed when you sign up, and it keeps your calendar and posting running without any gaps.
Plan credits reset at the end of each billing cycle which can be 2-week trial period, 4-week or 8-week and do not roll over, so be sure to use them within the current cycle.
Note: If you have chosen the 2-week trial plan, remember that after the 2-week trial period ends, you will be charged the normal subscription rate after period ends
Where can I check my renewal date?
Log in to Clicky Vicky, go to Settings, then Billing. If your subscription is active and set to renew, you'll see a Next charge line showing both the amount and the date you'll next be charged.
What if I can't log in?
You can also check with our billing partner, Stripe.
Type in the same email address you used when you signed up for Clicky Vicky and paid for your subscription, then tap Send.
Stripe emails you a secure link, no password needed. Click that link to open your billing page.
Your next renewal date is shown right next to your subscription.
Will I get a reminder before I'm charged?
Yes. We send a reminder email to the address you used to sign up, 3-5 days before your renewal date. That gives you time to cancel before you're charged again, if that's what you'd rather do.
What if I don't want to renew?
Cancel any time before your renewal date and you won't be charged again. See How to cancel your subscription for the exact steps.
Our only trial is the 2-week plan. The 4-week and 8-week plans are regular plans. Sometimes a plan comes with a discount on your first payment. You'll always see the exact price at checkout before you pay.
