Clicky Vicky renews automatically so your content never stops. Here's exactly how that works, and where to check your own renewal date.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. However you started, including on a trial, your plan automatically continues at the standard monthly rate once that period ends. This is confirmed when you sign up, and it's what keeps your calendar and posting running without any gaps.
Where can I check my renewal date?
Log in to Clicky Vicky, go to Settings, then Billing. If your subscription is active and set to renew, you'll see a Next charge line showing both the amount and the date you'll next be charged.
What if I can't log in?
You can also check with our billing partner, Stripe.
Type in the same email address you used when you signed up for Clicky Vicky and paid for your subscription, then tap Send.
Stripe emails you a secure link, no password needed. Click that link to open your billing page.
Your next renewal date is shown right next to your subscription.
Will I get a reminder before I'm charged?
Yes. We send a reminder email to the address you used to sign up, 3-5 days before your renewal date. That gives you time to cancel before you're charged again, if that's what you'd rather do.
