Plan vs. credits, what's the difference

The real difference between your Clicky Vicky plan and your credits.

Your Clicky Vicky plan and your credits work together, but they're not the same thing. Here's exactly how they're different.

What's the difference between my plan and my credits?

Your plan is your Clicky Vicky subscription itself. It's what gives you access to the app, and it includes a set number of monthly credits each billing cycle. Credits are what actually get used up every time Ask Vicky generates something for you, a post, an image, or a video.

What happens to unused credits?

Monthly plan credits don't roll over. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle, so anything you haven't used by your renewal date expires, and you begin the new month with a fresh full allowance.

They also expire if your subscription ends, whether that's your scheduled cancellation date, a lapsed renewal, or an immediate cancellation.

Top-up credits work differently. They aren't tied to your subscription or to a billing cycle, so they don't expire at renewal and they stay usable regardless of what happens to your plan.

Where can I see both?

Go to Settings, then Billing, to see your plan status alongside your credit balance and full credit history in one place.
