What to do if your payment failed

What to check and do next if your Clicky Vicky payment didn't go through.

If your Clicky Vicky payment didn't go through, here's what usually causes it, and what to check before trying again.

Why did my Clicky Vicky payment fail?

The most common causes are:

  • A typo in your card number, expiry date, or CVC

  • Your card has expired

  • Not enough available balance or credit on the card

  • Your bank blocking the charge, for example if it doesn't allow international transactions, since Clicky Vicky bills from outside many countries

What should I check before trying again?

Double-check your card details for typos, confirm the card hasn't expired and has enough available balance, and contact your bank to confirm it allows international charges.

Was I charged even though it says failed?

If your bank shows a pending charge, wait 24 to 48 hours first. Most failed payments release automatically and the money returns to your account. If it's still showing after that, contact support with a screenshot and we'll look into it.

How do I try again?

Once you've checked the details above, you can go back to clickyvicky.io and try again. If it keeps failing, contact support and we'll help you figure out why.
