How long does the refund itself take once it's approved?
Once your Clicky Vicky refund is approved, it's sent back to your original payment method. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
What happens to my access if a refund is approved?
When we refund a subscription charge in full, your subscription is cancelled at the same time and your access ends straight away. This is different from cancelling on your own, where you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
