How to confirm your cancellation went through

How to confirm your Clicky Vicky subscription was cancelled successfully.

After you cancel, it's normal to want a little reassurance that it actually worked. Here's exactly where to check.

You will still have access to the service until the end of your current billing period, ensuring you can continue to use all features until the period you have already paid for expires.

How do I know my cancellation went through?

Right after you cancel in chat, Our Ai agent sends you a confirmation message with the exact date your access ends. It reads something like this:

"Your subscription has been cancelled. You'll keep full access until August 25, 2026, and you won't be charged again after that."

The date in your message will match your own billing period, so it won't be the same date shown above.

  • No Automatic Renewal: After cancellation, your subscription will not automatically renew.

  • Continued Access: You can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.

  • No Immediate Termination: Cancellation does not result in the immediate termination of your access; it only stops future renewals.

Where else can I see it in my account?

Log in to Clicky Vicky and check the banner at the top of your Ask Vicky page. It confirms your plan has been cancelled.

The banner at the top of your account confirms your plan has been cancelled.

Can I check it directly with Stripe?

Yes. You can also confirm it straight from our billing partner, Stripe.

  • Type in the same email address you used when you signed up for Clicky Vicky and paid for your subscription, then tap Send.

  • Stripe emails you a secure link, no password needed. Click that link to open your billing page.

  • Your subscription will show as cancelled there, along with the date your access ends.
