What Is My Brand and My Products

What My Brand and My Products are for, and what each field does.

Use this article to understand what My Brand and My Products are for, and what to fill in on each page so Ask Vicky can generate accurate, on-brand content for you.

What is My Brand?

My Brand is where you tell Clicky Vicky who you are as a business. Ask Vicky uses everything saved here to keep the content it generates on-brand, in your tone of voice, and aimed at the right audience.

My Brand includes the following fields:

  • Brand Name, Category, and Industry, basic identifying details about your business.

  • Tagline, a short phrase describing your business.

  • Brand Summary, a longer description of what your business does and who it serves.

  • Brand Voice, describes the tone Ask Vicky should use when writing for you, for example assertive, playful, or technical.

  • Target Audience, describes who your content should speak to.

  • Brand Keywords, specific words or phrases related to your business that Ask Vicky should keep in mind.

  • Value Propositions, the key reasons a customer should choose your business.

  • Visual Assets, your logo and brand colors, used across your generated creatives.

You can also click Re-scan at the top of the page to pull updated details directly from your website, rather than filling in every field manually.

Once you've filled in or updated these fields, click Save changes at the bottom of the page.

What is My Products?

My Products is where you add the specific products or services you want Ask Vicky to create content for. Each product you add can then be referenced directly when you ask Ask Vicky to generate a post, ad, or image.

To add a new product, click Add product. You'll see two options:

  • Scan a product page, enter a product URL and Clicky Vicky will extract the details automatically.

  • Add product manually, enter the product's details yourself.

Once a product is added, it appears as a card on the My Products page, showing its name, category, a short description, and how many features have been saved for it.

Why do these matter?

Ask Vicky uses your My Brand details for tone and identity, and your My Products details for what to actually create content about. Filling both in before you start generating content helps Ask Vicky produce accurate results with fewer follow-up questions.
